We are a game company from Helsinki, now also in Berlin, best known for our hit game Merge Mansion and our people-first company culture. Built on trust, our culture allows us to work autonomously, efficiently, and ambitiously. Our company’s mission is to entertain hundreds of millions of people for decades. Although we already entertain 50M+ players worldwide and have grown into a team of 200+ game industry professionals in less than three years, we’re only getting started. That’s where we hope you come in: to shape how we go about building world-class mobile games.

Requirements
Here are some of the key skills and experience you should already have when joining Metacore regardless of your role:
Passionate about your area of expertise, be it game development, storytelling, branding, scaling a business or another field, and 3+ years of relevant work experience
Teamplayer who’s also able to work independently — previous roles in highly agile teams certainly help here
Proactive with a hands-on attitude towards work. If you have nothing on your table at one moment, in the next you would be tackling the most important tasks for Metacore right now
