As a Commercial Product Lead at Metacore, you will define and implement the operations strategy for Merge Mansion, how we identify opportunities throughout the player journey, and how we act on them, ultimately translating them into our business metrics. You are free to find your own way to do that – as long as your way respects our company culture and makes sense business-wise.

This level of independence calls for a highly proactive approach to handle tasks from translating global trends into engaging content to measuring how our players react and business KPIs shift.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll own the commercial vision for our first hit game Merge Mansion and its whole lifecycle for years to come
  • You’ll keep our players engaged by providing them with meaningful content through in-game events and special offers
  • You’ll follow global consumer trends and understand how to best utilize them for Merge Mansion, in a way that engages our players and makes sense to our business
  • You’ll develop and maintain Merge Mansion player segmentation and draw actionable learnings from their behavioral data
  • You’ll develop and maintain processes for identifying player needs, executing on them quickly, and analyzing their results in terms of our most important metrics
  • You’ll work closely with the Merge Mansion game lead, marketers, designers, and data analysts as well as keep in touch with our player support and player communities
  • Your North Star is to understand as much as possible about our players and the journey that they take with Merge Mansion

Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years of experience from commercial operations for a live service/product with a large user base – for example within gaming, e-commerce, or other online services
  • You have a strong track record of spotting good business opportunities through analysis of consumer data
  • You know how to tap into those opportunities by planning engaging content that ticks the box for our different player segments
  • You have a strong commercial mindset, including an ability to think creatively when preparing content and analytically when discovering its impact
  • You preferably have some experience of mobile game monetization – or at least the attitude and ability to learn it quickly
