Game Intelligence Manager

We are looking for a Game Intelligence Manager to play a key role in helping us make better decisions by providing deep visibility into feature impact and internal performance insights. As part of our Center of Excellence team, you will connect the dots across game teams to help prioritize efforts, allocate resources more effectively, and systematically share learnings across projects.

Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting systematic evaluations of released features
- Summarizing findings and sharing actionable insights with game and leadership teams
- Identifying patterns and best-performing mechanics across Merge Mansion and other internal titles
- Maintaining a repository of learnings and insights
- Collaborating with game teams to interpret KPIs, trends, and test results
- Building industry reviews covering a wide range of market issues such as trends in players’ behaviors and in-game economies
- Creating internal reports, dashboards, and presentations that are easily digestible by non-analytical stakeholders
- Driving knowledge sharing and learning loops across teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in game analytics, product analysis, or game design with a strong analytical focus
- Strong understanding of mobile game KPIs, especially in F2P
- Ability to connect data with game design and user behavior
- Communication skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, simple narratives
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have these as well:
- Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and/or SQL
- Experience working on or analyzing merge or puzzle games
- Writing summaries of mobile game features and trends
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
- Exposure to product management or feature roadmapping
- Interest in market trends and competitor intelligence
