Art Content Producer

We are looking for an Art Content Producer to ensure our art production pipelines run smoothly, on time, and at the highest quality. In this role, you will oversee the art production process from conception to completion and collaborate closely with Feature Team Producers, PMs, and Art Leads, keeping production aligned with milestones, budgets, and the creative vision.

Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and roadmaps for art asset production, ensuring that milestones are met
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, including feature team producers and art teams, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the art production process
- Managing project resources, evaluating capacity, assigning tasks, and assessing outsourcing needs effectively to optimize cost-efficiency
- Providing clear guidance and documentation to internal teams and external partners, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and outcomes are well understood
- Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions with the team
- Facilitating planning sessions, retrospectives, and other team processes to continuously improve art production workflows
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile art production to enhance project quality and efficiency
- Providing mentorship and guidance to art team members as needed
Requirements
- Strong production skills with a focus on planning, organising, and monitoring art production processes
- Knowledge of art production pipelines used in the mobile gaming industry
- Understanding of mobile platforms and their specific art requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with internal teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in team leadership and collaboration to foster a productive and creative work environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to address unexpected challenges and changes in project scope
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:
- Deep knowledge of production tools such as Jira, Google Sheets, Notion, and Miro
- Attention to detail and a strong creative eye for evaluating art quality and consistency
