Product Lead, LiveOps

We are looking for a Product Lead, Live Ops for Merge Mansion to take responsibility for the day-to-day business performance of Merge Mansion. In this role, you’ll own the full strategy and execution of LiveOps, monetization events, player engagement campaigns, and lifecycle management. You’ll lead a team that designs and operates the in-game calendar, promotions, offers, and A/B tests, and collaborates tightly with analytics, marketing, and community.

Responsibilities
- Own the LiveOps strategy for Merge Mansion, including content planning, seasonal events, monetization campaigns, and in-game promotions.
- Lead player lifecycle initiatives such as onboarding, churn prevention, and re-engagement.
- Oversee the performance testing and iteration of offers, features, and event templates through structured experimentation frameworks.
- Partner closely with analytics to identify growth opportunities, monitor KPI performance, and translate these data insights into meaningful action.
- Coordinate with the Core & Roadmap Lead to ensure LiveOps needs (e.g., new content hooks, scalable systems) are communicated and planned for early in the feature lifecycle.
- Maintain real-time business health through active management of DAU, ARPDAU, LTV, retention, and event ROI.
- Ensure LiveOps efforts are aligned with user acquisition, CRM, and marketing campaigns.
- Mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and content planners, establishing clear ownership and empowering rapid iteration.
- Collaborate with Core & Roadmap team by sharing key learnings from LiveOps (e.g., test results, player behavior insights) and providing feedback to the Core & Roadmap team
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product leadership roles with a strong emphasis on LiveOps, monetization, and performance optimization in mobile F2P games
- Proven success designing and operating engagement and revenue loops in live games.
- Deep analytical fluency, including segmentation, lifecycle analysis, A/B testing, and behavioral targeting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Great people management skills and adapting easily in iterative environments
