We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us strengthen our hiring capacity and meet Metacore’s growth goals. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes across both our game teams and central operations. You’ll ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience, support hiring managers with interviews and decision-making, and continuously improve how we hire.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing end-to-end recruitment: From planning the recruitment process with the hiring team to sourcing, interviews, contract negotiations, and introducing the new hire into the onboarding process
- Collaborating closely with hiring and people teams to ensure we find the most suitable talent for Metacore’s needs and growth plans
- Defining and validating hiring criteria: Clarifying and finalizing role responsibilities and requirements to ensure they are realistic, actionable, and aligned with team needs
- Sourcing top talent proactively: Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and approach potential candidates for multiple roles simultaneously
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience: Maintaining clear, timely communication, coordinating schedules effectively, and supporting the hiring team to deliver a smooth and engaging process
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers: Providing training and guidance to hiring teams, helping them navigate and improve the recruitment process
- Acting as an employer brand ambassador: Representing Metacore positively and consistently in all communications
- Continuously improving recruitment practices: Actively contributing to the development and optimization of our hiring processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally focused on technical roles, with a strong track record in sourcing, candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Expertise in LinkedIn: You know the platform inside and out, both as a sourcing tool and as a channel for employer branding.
- Strong project management skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities efficiently and with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences
- You enjoy working in a high-growth, goal-driven setting where agility and responsiveness are essential

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:
- Experience working in tech scale-ups, with an understanding of the pace, challenges, and dynamics of rapidly growing tech environments
- Background in both agency and in-house recruitment, bringing perspective from different stakeholder environments and a wide variety of roles and crafts
- Experience from recruitment process development or other development initiatives
