We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to help us streamline our development processes, manage cross-team collaborations, and establish robust project management standards. This position combines project management expertise with technical understanding to drive efficient planning, execution, and tracking of development projects. Joining the Merge Mansion Tech Team, you will focus on facilitating effective communication between teams, implementing data-driven KPIs, and ensuring predictable delivery while maintaining our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating planning, execution, and follow-up of development tech projects
  • Driving collaboration and alignment with stakeholders across the organisation, including status reporting
  • Supporting different teams and individuals in project management topics, ensuring our initiatives, projects, and tasks communicate on-going work with clarity
  • Creating and managing high standards for project management practices, enabling teams to work with minimal overhead
  • Ensuring clear tracking of our projects and introducing KPIs integrated into our workflows to enable data-driven improvements in efficiency
  • Building a clear understanding of team capacity and velocity, executing effective, predictable long-term planning, ensuring teams have roadmaps

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management including project management tools and processes
  • Previous experience in project management/development methods and software development
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing project metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal skills – you are able to understand and communicate with a variety of disciplines and teams
  • Creative, innovative and a problem-solving mindset combined with systematic thinking to ensure our practices and solutions are long-term focused
  • Quick to learn and understand different ways of working and concepts
  • Strong technical background with understanding of development processes and technical requirements
  • Deep understanding of project management tools and practices, with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to identify and focus on the most impactful projects across the organisation

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:

  • Experience working on game projects
  • Experience working with Linear project management tool
