Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to craft compelling marketing videos that attract players and test the marketability of our new games. Joining the New Games Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our upcoming titles are presented to the world. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has a passion for gaming, and is eager to create visuals that capture attention in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities
- Creating high-quality marketing videos for new games at various stages of development, tailored for different marketing channels and market testing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, game artists, programmers, and marketers to transform complex ideas into compelling gameplay videos and other visual content
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in digital media and experimenting with fresh, creative ideas
- Maintaining a high level of communication with other teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in asset creation
- Designing market testing video assets to gauge audience interest and engagement
- Maintaining a strong understanding of visual trends in gaming, entertainment, and digital marketing
- Optimizing creative assets based on performance insights, making iterative improvements for maximum impact
- Adapting quickly to shifting priorities, iterating creative materials based on data-driven insights, and testing results
- Working efficiently by creating templates, using stock assets and pre-made elements, while also bringing original creativity to the table
- Adapting existing resources, problem-solving within tight deadlines, and finding smart design solutions
Requirements
- Expertise in motion graphics and design principles
- Strong knowledge of video creation across various sizes, styles, and formats
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Experience with Unity (or equivalent game engine) and gameplay capture
- Solid understanding of insight-driven creative work, particularly in mobile and digital marketing
- Flexible and dynamic approach to work, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have these as well:
- Experience in 3D animation, 3D modelling, and rendering
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for asset creation
