We are looking for an experienced LiveOps Specialist to energize our in-game experiences at Merge Mansion. In this role, you’ll orchestrate, schedule, and execute events and offers that keep players engaged while driving strategic monetization. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, QA and analysts to continually elevate the player experience.

Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, and configuring events and offers in the live game
- Balancing rewards for events and in-game offers together with designers, analysts, and product managers
- Optimizing sale discounts and limited-time offers based on player data
- Coordinating with development teams, QA, and community managers to align current and future content
- Collaborating with data analytics, design teams, and the development teams to expand and improve the events and monetization portfolio
- Identifying and resolving real-time issues with events, updates, or in-app purchases
- Contributing to the creation of new ideas and strategies
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in work outputs and deliverables shared with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues with live events and in-app purchases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data to optimize in-game events, rewards, and A/B tests, ensuring every decision is supported by solid metrics
- Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams
- Deep passion for F2P mobile games, especially in the casual genre, coupled with prior experience in similar roles within larger teams
- Proficiency with reporting tools like Looker (or similar) and an understanding of necessary data to support your tasks
- Genuine passion for every phase of building in-game experiences—from concept and ideation to testing and launch.
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have these as well:
- Experience managing a LiveOps environment
- Background in game design, analytics, or product management to contribute to future ideas and strategies
- Basic knowledge of JSON or other data formatting, even though internal tools are used for configuration
