Graphic Designer, New Games Marketing

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to help us elevate the visual storytelling and marketing of our new game projects. Joining our New Games Marketing Team, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity and marketing assets of new games from early testing through global launch and beyond. Your work will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including rapid iteration, creative experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. You will use both traditional design tools and AI-powered technologies to generate high-quality assets that help test new game concepts, validate market potential, and drive engagement at every stage of our games

Responsibilities
- Designing marketing assets across all stages of a game’s lifecycle, from concept testing to launch and live campaigns
- Creating compelling visual assets that support both market testing and game launches, including key visuals, mockups, concept imagery, ad creatives, banners, and promotional materials
- Working closely with game artists and the marketing team to shape and refine the visual identity of new game projects, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive look across all promotional materials
- Generating alternative visual directions quickly and iteratively, using AI to explore a wide range of styles and aesthetics
- Maintaining a strong understanding of visual trends in gaming, entertainment, and digital marketing
- Ensuring brand consistency while adapting to the unique visual identity of each game project
- Leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Scenario, Midjourney) to enhance and accelerate asset creation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex ideas into compelling visuals that communicate game concepts effectively
Requirements
- Several years of experience in graphic design, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience using AI image-generation tools (e.g., Scenario, Midjourney) to streamline creative workflows
- Ability to work quickly and iteratively, adjusting creative assets based on feedback and market data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams
- A strategic mindset with a passion for exploring new ways AI can enhance creativity and efficiency in game marketing
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have these as well:
- Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store design requirements
