We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to strengthen and advance our Tech Platform with a focus on LiveOps tooling to improve our operational excellence. You’ll be working to make the platform more robust, user-friendly, and scalable to meet the evolving demands of our live game ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the product life cycle from ideation and discovery to deployment and post-launch evaluation
  • Collaborating with tech leads and development teams on platform product development, with an emphasis on LiveOps, to continuously improve the product
  • Defining and aligning product strategy with broader business goals and performance metrics
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable product plans
  • Prioritizing the product backlog based on user feedback, data analysis, and strategic importance
  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and tool optimizations
  • Regularly engaging with the tech teams to refine and implement platform features
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing initiatives to maintain progress
  • Analyzing usage metrics and gathering user feedback to drive data-informed decisions
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings to align on product vision and roadmap
  • Reviewing and adjusting product strategies based on industry trends and market insights

Requirements

  • Strong background in managing technical products, with expertise in product lifecycle management
  • Experience in LiveOps tools or systems that support real-time operations
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and Saas models
  • Proven ability to drive consensus across engineering, design, and operations teams
  • Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and productivity metrics

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:

  • Exposure to automation tools for streamlining operational processes
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles to support user-friendly design in platform tools
  • Knowledge in DevOps practices to better understand infrastructure and operational challenges
