We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join Metacore’s Berlin office and support Metacoreans across Germany and Finland to ensure a great employee experience and high-quality people services. You’ll work closely with the People team in Helsinki to facilitate communication and integration between the two offices.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing all People functions for our Berlin office, including benefits, policies, and other HR responsibilities specific to Germany
- Working closely with our supervisors and acting as a coach and partner, going beyond the 'support function' to take on a more proactive and strategic role
- Supporting supervisors with all things people-related, including performance management, employee relations, wellbeing, change management, and organizational development
- Supporting 80-100 employees by working closely with their supervisors to guarantee a great employee experience and high-quality people operations services for every Metacorean
- Facilitating communications and integration between the Berlin and Helsinki offices
- Being responsible for daily office operations and acting as the main point of contact for all Berlin office-related inquiries
Requirements
- Ability to travel regularly to Metacore’s Helsinki office
- Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Extensive experience working closely with managers
- A good understanding of German HR practices
- A hands-on approach to work coupled with a can-do attitude
- Resilience and ability to operate in a complex, quickly changing environment
- Ability and a keen interest to work independently and proactively
In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:
