We are looking for an innovative Data Analyst to help us understand the performance of our marketing activities and how to optimize them to improve our business. You will join the Business & Growth team, ensuring we make data-driven decisions that maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data for competitive advantages and flagging underperforming sources and tactics
  • Understanding what makes creative content successful
  • Supporting the marketing team in fully utilizing new attribution methods and models to determine the contribution of different activities
  • Ensuring quality and consistency of data, predictions, and targets
  • Building and maintaining reports and data models that assist in evaluating campaign and creative performance, allocating budgets, and setting targets

Requirements

  • A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the User Acquisition landscape
  • Knowledge of MMP, SKAN, and Google Privacy Sandbox
  • Extensive experience with data, either in gaming or digital marketing
  • Technical know-how in:
    • SQL at scale (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
    • Python, R, or Julia
    • Looker, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tool

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:

  • Past work experience in F2P mobile gaming business
  • Familiarity with:
    • Data modeling and transformation with tools such as dbt
    • Version control using Git
  • Statistics or ML experience with skewed distributions, such as ROAS modeling
