We are looking for a talented Cinematic Animator to help us create engaging and visually captivating animations for our ever expanding game universe. You’ll be joining the Art & Cinematics Team and working closely with fellow 3D artists on ongoing animations and projects, including those for Merge Mansion.

Responsibilities

  • Creating cinematic 3D character animations for marketing needs and trailers
  • Bringing 3D rigged character models to life
  • Transforming 2D storyboards into 3D animated sequences
  • Collaborating closely with animation directors and other 3D artists

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Maya
  • Ability to understand and contribute to broader project objectives
  • Strong instinct for timing, movement, and editing
  • Good grasp of acting techniques, facial expressions, and conveying emotions in animation
  • Previous experience as a cinematic character animator
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Some knowledge of Blender is a plus
