Game Lead, New Game

We are looking for a player-centric Game Lead to start working towards our next global hit game. With a focus on our audience, you'll concept and outline key elements such as premise, visual style, and meta progression. You'll collaborate closely with other Game Leads steering new game projects, and our new games marketing, research and tech services teams. Your commitment to creating games for players, not ourselves is key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of a new game project from conception to first player facing tests, prototype, and initial soft launch
- Leading a small development team with proven development methods
- Ensuring production efficiency and quality, and reaching process milestones in timely manner
- Taking ownership of the vision of the new game, including target audience, look and feel, game mechanics, and progression
Requirements
- Previous experience in early-stage product/concept validation and product positioning
- Practical expertise in leading game teams and projects, preferably from concept to global launch
- Background in design leadership or product management is a plus
- Strong understanding of the F2P mobile game market, including its current trends and characteristics
- Great communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to build teams and support their efficiency, particularly during game scaling phases
