Future Workplaces certificates are awarded to companies in Finland that have created an exceptional workplace culture based on understanding the needs of employees. The criteria aren’t set by external committees or the company management – they’re based solely on employee feedback. And we think there’s no better metric for assessing our culture than how our employees feel about coming to work every day.
