As a Technical Artist at Metacore, you and your team can freely define the best way for developing the game art pipeline – as long as it respects our company culture and finds a market fit. That calls for a highly proactive approach to handle tasks from anticipating and solving tricky technical problems to leveraging the cooperation of different team members.

  • You’ll develop and iterate on the Art pipeline

  • You’ll identify areas for technical art improvement, and help foresight issues with different solutions

  • You’ll create scalable solutions for expanding the game world of our titles

  • You’ll collaborate with Artists, Designers and Developers, to build intuitive tools

  • You’ll drive visual improvements from the perspective of technical art


  • You have experience working as a technical artist and a good understanding of the technologies used in game development, especially graphics and tools

  • You can troubleshoot and solve tricky technical problems as well as anticipate what kind of issues might emerge when operating a live game product

  • You have strong Unity skills. Also, you’re quick to digest existing code and feel comfortable using it.

  • You’re a proactive self-starter with a high sense of ownership and inner motivation

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can cooperate with different kinds of people

  • Your English is excellent, and thanks to your good communication skills, you’re comfortable using it in daily work
