We put our commitment into practice through everyday actions and long-term partnerships. We're part of the Better Games Together collective working to build a safer, more diverse, and more inclusive game industry. We offer training sessions on DEI topics, as well as regular learning opportunities and shared events with other companies in the collective. We are also sponsoring Women in Tech.
Internally, we run regular DEI trainings, also as part of our onboarding. We make sure our internal policies and processes are equitable by regularly conducting analyses on fairness and equal opportunities. At our offices, we strive for language inclusiveness by having English as our language in all company communications. We support employee-led celebrations of our different cultures at the office. All Metacoreans can define their own pronouns and gender identity on company communication channels.
We’re continuously developing our ways of working around DEI and updating our knowledge with the help of external partners.
