Supercell's Acquisition of Metacore and Merge Mansion Moves Forward

Supercell’s plan of bringing Merge Mansion into its live games portfolio and acquiring the rest of Metacore is moving forward. Following our joint announcement earlier this spring, Supercell and Metacore have now signed the deal, with an expected closing at the end of September. The terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.

Once the deal is closed, Merge Mansion will become part of Supercell's live games portfolio and the Merge Mansion team will begin a new chapter as Supercellians. Planning for the transition and integration to Supercell is already underway.

Combining Merge Mansion's strong foundation with Supercell's expertise in operating and growing live games globally gives the game everything it needs to reach even more players and to be played for years to come.
