As a Senior PX specialist at Metacore, together with your game team, you can freely define the best way of nurturing the game’s player community. We want to provide our players with the best possible experience, including a flourishing community and seamless support operations. This fast-paced environment calls for a highly proactive approach to managing a wide variety of activities at both an operational as well as at a strategic level across the game’s player touchpoints.

  • You’ll develop and execute the game’s community strategy in line with its audience and the goals of the whole game team

  • You’ll act as the player’s voice, not only managing two-way communication but also actively seeking players’ feedback and translating it into potential action points for the game development backlog

  • You’ll keep yourself up-to-date with topics that significantly impact player experience and community sentiment

  • You’ll drive the creation of engaging and safe communities by making sure they’re well-curated and moderated

  • You’ll manage our support partners, assisting them with daily operations such as player escalations whilst fostering relationships that become valued long-term partnerships


  • You have 5+ years of experience spanning community management and player support within the game industry

  • You are well-versed in the tools of the trade and best practices in mobile gaming PX whether it be CRM systems, social media management tools or moderation solutions

  • You have an unquestionable passion for games and the player touchpoints surrounding them

  • You are adept at addressing difficult situations within community management and player support

  • You are on top of industry trends in PX and can anticipate future avenues to explore in providing players with the communities and experiences they may want

  • You are proficient at utilising various community platforms (e.g. Discord, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram) in a consumer-facing environment and know what metrics to keep an eye on
